i was exercising a lot, but realized i still wasn’t eating anything good! i changed my whole diet and now i only eat non-processed foods, 1200 cals a day. i’m still exercising with my just dance 4 30 minutes a day. i will slowly increase. i’m feeling demoted but i know it will work out:)
i’ve decided to change for the better.
